Why Bowl Full of Life?

Welcome to my blog. You may be wondering “why on earth did he select that title?” Well, for a few reasons:

1. I think a good blog entertains and informs readers on a wide range of topics (i.e., Full of Life), which will be my hope for this blog.

2. One of those topics near and dear to my stomach is my love of food and cooking, thus the bowl reference (come on, who actually orders a cup of soup anyways? When you’re hungry, go big!)

3. After 2,328, 834 blogs, there aren’t that many titles left!

We’ll generally talk about two main topics: life as a getting-way-to-close-to-40-year-old father and cooking. I’ll try to be insightful and funny, or else I imagine you won’t want to come back. And I hope you’ll promise to keep the stories, ideas and laughter going by jumping into the conversation. I hope it’s a good ride…
